Summary:
A 999 operator receives a call from Gemma, who has just woken up to find her house on fire, and has to keep her alive and on her phone as the situation worsens.
I liked how you did not see what was happening to Gemma. This meant the audience was left to imagine the terrible fire she was in and probably imagined it to be far more horrific than the budget of the film would allow. I also liked how the narrative looped with the start and ending of the film showing the operator picking up the call.
If the film included music i feel that the tension in the film could have been heightened however that could have easily detracted from the realism of the film.
